1. Acknowledgement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Shaheer Shahid Malik, an individual developer based in Lahore, Pakistan (the "Application Provider"), for the EconoGlance mobile application (the "Licensed Application"). The Licensed Application is licensed to you, not sold.

You and the Application Provider acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between the two of you only, and not with Apple or Google. The Application Provider, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This EULA works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it sets minimum terms not covered here.

2. Scope of licence

The Application Provider grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Licensed Application for your personal, non-commercial use.

On Apple devices, this licence is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. On Android, the licence is as permitted by Google Play's terms. You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at once, or rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense it, except as allowed by those rules or by law.

3. Maintenance and support

The Application Provider is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the Licensed Application, as required by law. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support. For help, contact support@econoglance.com.

4. Warranty

The Application Provider is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. The Licensed Application is otherwise provided "as is".

In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Licensed Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of the Application Provider.

5. Product claims

The Application Provider, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual property rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Application Provider, and not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.

8. Developer name and contact

The Application Provider is Shaheer Shahid Malik, Lahore, Pakistan. Direct any questions, complaints or claims regarding the Licensed Application to support@econoglance.com.

9. Third-party terms and beneficiary

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application (for example, your wireless data agreement). You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, and Google, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of it, they will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under it end automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination, you must stop using the Licensed Application and delete all copies. You may end the licence at any time by deleting the app and your account.

11. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, except that any statutory consumer rights and any store rules that must apply will continue to apply.

App Store & Google Play compliance

EconoGlance is built and operated to comply fully with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and Developer Distribution Agreement.

This includes, without limitation, their requirements on: privacy and data handling (Apple Guideline 5.1 and Google Play's User Data policy and Data safety disclosures); account and data deletion (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play's account-deletion requirement — see our Data deletion page); auto-renewable subscriptions (Apple Guideline 3.1.2 and Google Play's subscription policies); App Tracking Transparency (we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and use no advertising identifiers or third-party ad SDKs); and children's privacy.

We are committed to 100% compliance with these programs. If any part of the app or these documents is ever found not to meet a store requirement, we will promptly correct it and bring the app into full compliance.
